Basic Directions
Direction to the Property from NORTH -
From the North take the Garden State Parkway South past
Atlantic City. Take exit 30 off the Garden State Parkway for
Somers Point Ocean City. Proceed east straight on Highway 52
across route US 9 and then across the Somers Point circle
toward Ocean City. Once in Ocean City continue straight on 9th
Street to Ocean Avenue. Turn right on Ocean Avenue and
proceed two blocks to 11th Street. Turn left on 11th Street
and the Flanders Hotel is on the left.
Direction to the Property from SOUTH -
Take I-95 North to the Delaware Memorial Bridge. After
crossing the bridge take US 40 East to Route 559 South.
Continue on Route 559 to the Somers Point Circle in Somers
Point. Proceed east across the circle and over the bridge
toward Ocean City. Once in Ocean City continue straight on 9th
Street to Ocean Avenue. Turn right on Ocean Avenue and
proceed two blocks to 11th Street. Turn left on 11th Street

From the West take the Atlantic City Expressway East toward
Atlantic City. Take exit 7S to get on the Garden State Parkway
South. Take exit 30 off the Garden State Parkway for Somers
