Meats and cheeses are sliced fresh for each sandwich, and piled high on the in-store baked bread right before the eyes of the customers. You’ll never find stale, pre-prepared “set-ups” in any Jersey Mike’s. Everything is quickly made to order for each and every customer. Just the way the first subs were made at the original Jersey Mike’s almost fifty years ago.
